
The winner is....
The Cumbria Network is a not-for-profit support service for the region’s visual artists. The winning project replaced a labour-intensive email newletter and information website with a community portal which, six months from launch, had increased traffic by 200% as well as providing a host of new services such as artist profiles and forums.
