The new site, developed by Hydrant, has allowed the company to list all its products while simplifying order processing and maintaining the brand’s identity. The new site has also resulted in an increased conversion rate and a 40% increase in sales over the year.
The judges felt this was a perfect example of interactive media allowing a speciality business to step outside its geographical limitations and reach out to a far wider market.
